Maintenance Supervisor – Enduro

About the role

The Maintenance Supervisor – Enduro ensures that all interior and exterior building components, grounds, amenities, and common areas meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, safety, and functionality. This full‑time, onsite position reports to the Community Manager and leads the technical maintenance team in a residential community.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to resident work orders, diagnose issues, and perform repairs in compliance with safety codes and company policies.
• Oversee the make‑ready process for vacant units, including inspections, punch‑list creation, vendor coordination, and final quality checks.
• Develop and enforce standards for the appearance of grounds, building exteriors, signage, parking areas, and common spaces.
• Inspect work performed by team members, contractors, and vendors to ensure quality and adherence to specifications.
• Maintain inventory of spare parts and maintenance supplies, ordering as needed while staying within budget.
• Execute monthly preventative maintenance tasks and support budgeting for repair, maintenance, and capital projects.
• Lead safety meetings, keep MSDS sheets current, and ensure compliance with OSHA and other regulations.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED with experience in property or building maintenance.
• Ability to use and maintain hand tools, power tools, mechanical equipment, and measuring devices safely.
• Strong logical problem‑solving skills and proficiency in customer service and communication.
• Basic computer literacy, including word processing, spreadsheets, and database management; property‑management system experience preferred.

Required skills

• EPA Type I and II certification (or Universal HVAC certification) for handling refrigerants.
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, mechanical equipment, and measuring devices.
• Knowledge of property‑management software and basic IT applications.
• Valid driver’s license for operating a golf cart on the property.
