Maintenance Supervisor – Cielo Point

About the role

The Maintenance Supervisor ensures that the interior and exterior of the Cielo Point community, including grounds, amenities, and common areas, meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, safety, appearance, and functionality. This full‑time, on‑site position involves both routine upkeep and responsive repairs.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to and complete work orders generated from resident service requests.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance on building systems and common‑area equipment.
• Diagnose defects, determine root causes, and execute repairs in line with company policies, safety standards, and local codes.
• Oversee the “make‑ready” process for vacant apartments, including pre‑move‑out inspections and punch‑list completion.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized repairs and upgrades.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inventory, and compliance documentation.
• Participate in a rotating on‑call schedule to address after‑hours emergencies.

Required profile

• Experience in residential or commercial property maintenance.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks.
• Willingness to work a Monday‑Friday schedule with rotating on‑call duties.
