Maintenance Supervisor – Avana Stoneridge

About the role

We are looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the technical and mechanical upkeep of the Avana Stoneridge community in Pleasanton, California. The role ensures that buildings, grounds, amenities and common areas meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, safety and functionality. This is a full‑time, on‑site position with regular weekday hours and periodic on‑call duties.

Key responsibilities

• Perform and supervise HVAC, plumbing and general maintenance tasks across the property.
• Respond to resident work orders, diagnose issues, and execute timely repairs.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance to preserve building systems.
• Coordinate on‑call rotations every two to four weeks to address after‑hours emergencies.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and supplies.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of hands‑on experience in property or facilities maintenance.
• Strong leadership abilities and the capacity to guide a maintenance team.
• Ability to work independently while adhering to company standards.
