Maintenance Supervisor – Arcadia Community

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for the Arcadia community in Santa Fe. The role combines hands‑on technical work with supervision of maintenance staff to ensure the property’s buildings, grounds and amenities meet Greystar’s standards for safety, appearance and functionality.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to and complete work orders generated from resident requests, diagnosing defects and performing repairs in line with policies, safety standards and code requirements.
• Oversee the “make‑ready” process for vacant units, including pre‑move‑out inspections, punch‑list creation, vendor coordination, supply procurement, task completion and final inspections.
• Develop and enforce standards for cleanliness and appearance of grounds, amenities, building exteriors, unit interiors, breezeways, signage, parking areas and other common spaces.
• Periodically inspect work performed by team members and external contractors to ensure compliance with quality standards, scope and specifications, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Maintain adequate inventory of spare parts and maintenance materials, collaborating with the Community Manager to order supplies within budgetary guidelines.

Required profile

• HVAC certification is mandatory.
• Prior supervisory or maintenance experience in a residential or property‑management setting.
• Ability to diagnose mechanical issues, follow established procedures and adhere to safety and code regulations.
