Maintenance Supervisor (2nd Shift)

About the role

As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will manage, lead, and coordinate activities of your team to maximize performance, minimize costs, maintain quality, and uphold safety and operating standards. You will also be responsible for coaching, training and developing your team members while maintaining daily maintenance projects, preventative maintenance, and repair work. This position is on the 2nd shift (3 pm‑11 pm).

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate installation and maintenance of equipment in the most efficient manner.
• Schedule maintenance projects in collaboration with production and engineering departments.
• Ensure all maintenance staff are properly trained in safety procedures and Total Quality Maintenance.
• Provide guidance, coaching, employee scheduling, evaluation and development for team members.
• Confer with the Maintenance Manager on establishing and receiving quality‑assurance standards.
• Recommend strategies for efficient operation of the maintenance department, including project implementation and budget modifications.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• 1+ years of people‑leadership experience.
• 3+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing, technical, military or related environment.
