Maintenance Field Landscaper

About the role

Earthtones Companies is seeking a reliable Maintenance Field Landscaper to join its growing team in South Austin. You will help keep outdoor spaces attractive and functional by performing routine landscaping tasks and ensuring a safe, organized work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Perform mowing, trimming, pruning, weeding and mulching on assigned properties.
• Operate landscaping tools and small machinery safely and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas and equipment.
• Follow all safety protocols and company guidelines.

Required profile

• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Physical capability to lift up to 50 lb and perform manual labor.
• Previous experience in landscaping or grounds maintenance.
• Positive attitude, team‑player mindset and willingness to learn.

Required skills

• Operation of landscaping equipment (mowers, trimmers, small machinery).
