About the role
Join Johnson & Johnson’s manufacturing team in Anasco, Puerto Rico, where you will operate and maintain critical production equipment to ensure continuous product flow.
Key responsibilities
- Operate manufacturing equipment such as lathes, PEGS, microscopes, comparators, and optical benches.
- Perform cleaning, adjustments, and routine maintenance on all equipment.
- Set up machines and adjust parameters to meet specifications and manufacturing standards.
- Execute tasks that keep the production line running smoothly, both repetitive and non‑repetitive.
- Collaborate with the work team to maintain continuous flow of units.
Required profile
- Prepare and operate manufacturing equipment according to established procedures.
- Perform cleaning and adjustments to equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Carry out all tasks related to running equipment and maintaining continuous production flow.
