About the role
Join Johnson & Johnson's MedTech division in Añasco, Puerto Rico as a Process Engineering Co‑Op. You will work full‑time for a 12‑month term, gaining hands‑on experience across multiple engineering projects.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with planning, development and design of materials, equipment, and processes.
- Review progress and evaluate results of multiple projects across various disciplines.
- Partner with teams of engineers and technicians to achieve project completion.
- Facilitate and conduct engineering assignments as needed.
Required profile
- Completed at least freshman year of an accredited university.
- Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in mechanical, chemical, industrial engineering or a related field.
- Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher.
- Available to work full‑time (40 hours/week) on‑site five days a week and provide own transportation.
- Authorized to work in the U.S. without future visa sponsorship.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools, including Excel, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, and Word.
