Luxury Brand Evaluator – Flexible Assignments

About the role

As a Luxury Brand Evaluator you will help premium brands improve their customer experience by providing discreet, first‑hand feedback from boutique visits or online interactions. The role is flexible, allowing you to complete short assignments that fit your schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Select assignments that match your interests and profile.
• Visit luxury stores or evaluate online shopping experiences.
• Observe store ambiance, service quality, product presentation and overall customer journey.
• Submit detailed observations through CXG’s questionnaire platform.
• Follow brand‑specific guidelines and confidentiality requirements.

Required profile

• At least 18 years old (21+ for United States residents).
• Current customer of premium or luxury brands.
• Not under contract with any retail brand to ensure impartiality.
• Reliable, punctual, organized and detail‑oriented.
• Passionate about customer experience; no prior experience required.

Required skills

• Strong observational abilities.
• Clear written communication for questionnaire responses.
