Loss Prevention Specialist

About the role

RLC is seeking a Loss Prevention Specialist to join its Corporate & Regional Security team at the Wilmington, Ohio Service Center. The role focuses on investigating claims, shortages and security incidents, analyzing data and implementing solutions that prevent future losses.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve claims, shortages, and security incidents.
• Analyze data to identify root causes and effective resolutions.
• Utilize video management systems, access‑control tools and documentation software to support investigations.
• Maintain accurate case updates, tracking, and reporting.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop loss‑prevention strategies.

Required profile

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to self‑start, prioritize tasks and multitask.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year of experience in investigations.
• Familiarity with video management systems, access‑control and case‑management tools.

What we offer

• Starting pay of $20.00 per hour.
• Full‑time schedule: Monday‑Friday, 7 am – 3:30 pm.
