Longevity‑Focused Physician / NP / PA (MD/DO/PA/NP)

About the role

Pathomap is seeking a licensed physician (MD/DO), nurse practitioner, or physician assistant to lead longevity‑focused health optimization for clients in the Greater Baltimore area (remote work permitted with a Maryland license). You will design and oversee comprehensive, evidence‑based programs that move beyond symptom management toward disease reversal and biological‑age reduction.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct thorough clinical intakes and diagnostic assessments to uncover metabolic dysfunction and upstream drivers of chronic disease.
• Order and interpret advanced laboratory panels and functional biomarkers, establishing precise patient baselines.
• Develop personalized care plans that integrate functional medicine, targeted supplementation, and peptide therapeutics (including GLP‑1 agonists for weight loss and anti‑aging protocols).
• Prescribe, titrate, and monitor peptide and medication protocols while ensuring safety and evidence‑based practice.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary wellness team to track progress and adjust interventions.
• Maintain medical supervision of all patient interventions, reviewing histories for contraindications.

Required profile

• MD, DO, NP, or PA credential with an active Maryland medical license (or ability to obtain).
• Clinical nutrition training and experience in functional or anti‑aging medicine preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to interpret complex biomarker data and create individualized treatment plans.
• Comfort with prescribing advanced peptide therapies and GLP‑1 agonists.
