Logistics Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking a Logistics Supervisor to join BASF’s Agricultural Solutions team in Maricopa, AZ. The role focuses on managing bulk cotton seed storage and providing logistics support for products destined for the BASF production facility.

Key responsibilities

• Operate the warehouse safely, following BASF EHS rules and SOPs.
• Lead day‑to‑day activities of technicians and contingent labor to ensure efficient workflow.
• Support site safety initiatives and deliver comprehensive safety training.
• Coordinate repairs of equipment and buildings during the operational season and schedule off‑season maintenance.
• Prepare and manage shipping, receiving, and storage plans in line with SOPs.
• Collaborate with the site manager and other supervisors to ensure compliance with government, regulatory, and stewardship guidelines.

Required profile

• High School Diploma (required); Associate degree or higher in Agronomy, Seed Science, Plant Science, Agricultural Business/Economics or related field preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse operations, preferably in cotton production or related agricultural logistics.
