Local CDL‑A Driver – 350‑mile routes, $100k‑$110k

About the role

We are looking for experienced Class A CDL drivers to cover a local lane of approximately 350 miles in the North Hatfield area of Massachusetts. The position offers a competitive annual salary of $100,000‑$110,000 and a consistent schedule with an early start at 02:30. The work week includes split days off on Sunday and one additional weekday (not Monday), with 12‑14 hour work days and possible layovers during peak periods.

Key responsibilities

• Operate a tractor‑trailer on a local route averaging 1,500 miles per week.
• Maintain the required start time of 02:30 and work 12‑14 hour days with split days off on Sunday and one weekday.
• Handle possible layovers and a six‑day mandatory work week during peak periods.

Required profile

• Minimum age 21, personal transportation, and ability to pass a drug test.
• Valid Class A CDL and current DOT medical card.
• Recent trailer‑driving experience with a clean record (no more than two accidents or violations in the past three years).
• Drug‑free status; SAP candidates are not accepted.
