Local CDL Route Delivery Driver – Full-time

About the role

We are seeking a full-time Local CDL Route Delivery Driver to join our distribution team in Sandston, VA. You will work a four-day week (Tuesday‑Friday) delivering beer, wine and spirits from our distribution center to retail accounts, ensuring timely and safe service.

Key responsibilities

• Operate a CDL‑qualified vehicle to deliver assigned beverage orders to customer locations.
• Interact with retail customers, collect payments, and reconcile deliveries with invoices.
• Handle returns of empty containers and unsold merchandise.
• Complete required paperwork, including liquor‑law invoices and DOT driver logs.
• Inspect, clean and maintain the delivery truck, reporting any maintenance needs.
• Adhere to all federal, state and company safety regulations.

Required profile

• Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL Class A or B).
• Ability to work early mornings and complete a four‑day work week.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and reliable attendance.
• Eligibility to work as an internal associate (must apply through internal Career Portal).
