Loader Operator

About the role

Archer Western Construction is seeking a Loader Operator for the Central Water Group/Draper Water Plant in Oklahoma City. The role involves operating a loader to support construction, maintenance, and repair of heavy civil and building structures while ensuring safety and efficiency on site.

Key responsibilities

• Operate a loader to move and transport materials such as dirt, rocks, and aggregate at the water plant site.
• Perform daily safety and equipment inspections, oiling, greasing, and routine maintenance adjustments.
• Complete required paperwork and documentation related to equipment use and material handling.
• Assist with other site duties as needed, including supporting other trades and working in adverse weather conditions.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience operating a loader or similar heavy equipment (preferred).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lb and work in various weather conditions.
• Strong work ethic, manual dexterity, and willingness to learn.
• Pass a pre‑employment drug screening and comply with all safety policies.
