Load Balancing Engineer – Chandler, AZ

About the role

The Load Balancing Engineer will join Infosys' Financial Services unit in Chandler, AZ, supporting client infrastructure and delivering scalable, cost‑effective solutions. The role focuses on server administration, DNS management and F5 load‑balancing technologies within a fast‑moving digital transformation environment.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal and client teams to resolve complex incidents, perform root‑cause analysis and document preventive recommendations.
• Evaluate client IT infrastructure, prepare assessment reports and support due‑diligence activities.
• Design scalable infrastructure solutions, review reusable components and develop technical documentation.
• Coordinate release schedules, execute deployments, conduct post‑deployment testing and manage version control.
• Plan and execute maintenance windows, emergency fixes and technology upgrades while ensuring continuity.
• Analyze performance data, provide insights on system behavior and support capacity planning.
• Conduct security checks, recovery drills and compliance audits, implementing necessary security measures.
• Identify automation opportunities, analyze existing processes and propose efficiency enhancements.
