Litigation & Employment Paralegal

About the role

Worldwide Clinical Trials is seeking a highly organized Litigation & Employment Paralegal to support its global employment law function. Reporting to the Senior Employment Legal Counsel, the role will manage employment litigation, e‑discovery, legal holds, and provide legal support for M&A and People Strategy initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain employment litigation trackers, coordinate legal holds, and support e‑discovery and information governance initiatives.
• Manage matter files, deadlines, and documentation for mediation, arbitration, and settlement administration.
• Coordinate review of global People Strategy & Culture templates, maintain severance and investigation trackers, and assist with HR compliance initiatives.
• Support employment‑related due diligence, integration project plans, and employee transfer activities for acquisitions.
• Maintain project trackers, reporting dashboards, monitor deadlines, and track outside counsel engagements and legal spend.

• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and competing priorities simultaneously.
• Collaborative approach with strong judgment handling sensitive employee and legal matters.
• Customer‑service orientation when supporting internal stakeholders.

Required skills

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of experience supporting employment/HR law and litigation.
• Fluency in English with strong written and verbal communication.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality.
• Preferred: Paralegal certificate and experience with M&A due diligence in a multinational organization.
