Litigation & Employment Paralegal – Global CRO

About the role

Worldwide Clinical Trials is seeking a detail‑oriented Litigation & Employment Paralegal to support its global employment law function. Reporting to the Senior Employment Legal Counsel, you will act as the operational backbone for employment litigation, e‑discovery, M&A integration and legal operations across multiple jurisdictions.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain litigation trackers, legal hold documentation and e‑discovery processes, coordinating with external counsel.
• Support employment‑related due diligence, integration project plans and employee transfer activities for M&A transactions.
• Manage matter files, deadlines, and reporting dashboards while tracking outside‑counsel engagements and legal spend.
• Coordinate review of global People Strategy & Culture templates, severance trackers and HR compliance initiatives.
• Facilitate communications, document collection and production for mediation, arbitration and settlement administration.

Required profile

• Outstanding organizational abilities with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and a customer‑service orientation for internal stakeholders.
• Ability to handle confidential information with sound judgment and discretion.
• Bachelor’s degree and at least two years of experience supporting employment or HR law and litigation.
