About the role
We are looking for a Line Cook to join our high‑energy Spanish tapas kitchen in Decatur. The successful candidate will work side‑by‑side with the culinary team to deliver consistent, high‑quality dishes in a fast‑paced environment. This role requires a strong commitment to cleanliness, organization, and hospitality.
Key responsibilities
- Execute kitchen operations, preparing and plating tapas according to recipe standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation throughout service.
- Provide a steady, hands‑on presence on the line during peak periods.
Required profile
- Demonstrate professionalism and hospitality in a high‑energy setting.
- Ability to bend, stretch, twist, climb and work in confined spaces with high mobility.
- Capable of standing, walking for extended periods and lifting up to 50 lb without assistance.
