Line 20 Packaging Operator

About the role

Join Nestlé’s Waverly facility as a Line 20 Packaging Operator, working the third shift to ensure safe and efficient packaging of food products. You will collaborate with mechanics and team members to keep the line running smoothly while maintaining quality and sanitation standards.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and adjust Packaging Line 20 equipment safely and efficiently.
• Perform inventory consumption, reversals, and complete related paperwork.
• Conduct quality checks and document results according to Nestlé QMS.
• Maintain housekeeping, sanitation, and food safety standards.
• Supply packaging materials, inspect for defects, and reject non‑conforming items.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and waste reduction.

Required profile

• Reliable attendance and punctuality for third‑shift schedule.
• High school diploma or equivalent; prior food‑manufacturing experience preferred.
• Basic proficiency in English to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lb, and work overtime as needed.
• Willingness to work various shifts and adapt to rotating overtime.
