Lighthouse Architect

About the role

Omnissa is seeking a senior Lighthouse Architect to act as a trusted technical advisor for strategic enterprise customers. You will bridge business objectives and technical execution, guiding the design, implementation, and operationalization of AI‑driven digital work solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand business goals, translate requirements into scalable architecture recommendations, and maintain long‑term relationships.
• Lead technical discovery, architecture reviews, and design workshops, providing guidance on deployment models, integrations, scalability, performance, and security.
• Partner with implementation teams and partners during onboarding and major initiatives, offering oversight and escalation support for architectural issues.
• Drive adoption and value realization by increasing usage of existing entitlements and removing barriers to success.

Required profile

• Senior‑level professional with extensive experience in enterprise solution architecture and customer‑facing advisory roles.
• Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into practical technical designs.
• Strong collaboration skills, working closely with product, engineering, sales, and delivery teams.
• Excellent communication and risk‑mitigation capabilities.
