Lifestyle Director

About the role

The Lifestyle Director supports the day‑to‑day management of a residential community, working closely with the Community Manager to enhance resident experience, drive retention, and coordinate community programs, events, and communications.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise the concierge team, resident service coordinators and doorkeepers – recruiting, onboarding, training and performance management.
• Design, organize and execute resident activities, events and programs that promote community engagement.
• Plan the annual events calendar, develop associated budgets and monitor expenses to stay within budget.
• Create and distribute a monthly calendar, newsletter and flyers highlighting community offerings.
• Manage social media platforms and resident portal content to maintain a strong, brand‑aligned online presence.
• Maintain up‑to‑date information on local restaurants, shops, delivery services and other amenities of interest to residents.
• Develop outcome metrics and assessment tools to evaluate the success of programs and events.

Required profile

• Manager‑level experience in community services, hospitality or property‑management environments.
• Proven ability to lead, develop and motivate a team.
• Strong organizational, budgeting and event‑planning capabilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on resident satisfaction.
