Leasing Professional – Lowry Park Community

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Professional to lead marketing, leasing, and renewal efforts for the Lowry Park community in Denver. The role focuses on driving occupancy, revenue, and resident satisfaction through proactive leasing activities and resident engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, show apartments, process applications, and manage credit and background checks.
• Prepare lease agreements, move‑in packages, and ensure a smooth resident move‑in experience.
• Inspect apartments before move‑in, confirm readiness, and coordinate any needed maintenance.
• Monitor market and competitor trends, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and apply concessions or specials to boost occupancy.
• Design and execute marketing initiatives, including resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms such as Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize on‑site property management software (OneSite, Yardi, etc.) to track availability, record leasing activity, and manage resident and prospect data.
• Maintain show‑unit standards through daily inspections and coordination with the maintenance team.
