About the role

The Lifestyle Director supports day‑to‑day community management with a focus on resident retention and experience. Working closely with the Community Manager, this manager‑level position creates and coordinates programs, events, outreach, and social media initiatives for the community.

Key responsibilities

  • Supervise the concierge team, resident service coordinators and doorkeepers, including interviewing, hiring, onboarding and performance management.
  • Develop and execute resident‑focused programs and events that enhance community engagement.
  • Manage outreach efforts and maintain the community’s social media presence.
  • Collaborate with the Community Manager to align lifestyle initiatives with overall retention goals.

Required profile

  • Manager‑level experience in community or residential lifestyle services.
  • Proven ability to lead and develop a team.
  • Strong understanding of resident retention strategies.
