Lifestyle Coordinator – Community Engagement

About the role

The Lifestyle Coordinator supports the day‑to‑day operations of The Pointe at Lakewood Ranch community, working closely with the Community Manager and Sales Consultants. This position focuses on enhancing resident satisfaction, driving retention, and assisting with the move‑in experience and community events.

Key responsibilities

• Greet prospects and residents in the office or leasing area, ensuring a welcoming environment.
• Answer incoming calls, route them to the appropriate team members, and follow up on service request callbacks.
• Maintain the guest suite schedule and assist with property tours as needed.
• Support the move‑in process, including paperwork preparation and resident orientation.
• Create, coordinate, and promote resident programs and community events.
• Assist with sales and marketing activities, including preparing promotional materials and updating community communications.
• Handle resident inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels.
