About the role

The Lifestyle Concierge is the face of Roost Rainey, delivering a warm welcome and seamless service to guests and residents. Based in the vibrant Rainey Street District of Austin, you will ensure every interaction reflects the brand’s elevated hospitality standards while maintaining a secure environment.

Key responsibilities

• Greet residents and guests, providing professional assistance and local recommendations.
• Handle porter duties such as luggage assistance, escorting guests to rooms, and coordinating transportation.
• Manage package delivery, room service requests, and amenity reservations.
• Maintain the lobby, Daydreamer Café, package room, and all amenity spaces, ensuring they are clean, stocked, and presented to brand standards.
• Conduct regular rounds of the property, monitor access points, and promptly report any safety or security concerns.
• Support the front‑desk team during peak periods and assist with light operational tasks.
