About the role

PsyPhyCare is seeking a Licensed Clinical Psychologist or Licensed Clinical Social Worker to deliver on‑site mental health services for a federally supported residential program serving young adults ages 16‑24 in Nampa, Idaho. The position is contract‑based with up to 24 hours per week, Monday‑Friday, 8 am‑5 pm, and requires presence in the residential environment.

Key responsibilities

Provide individual and group counseling to enrolled students.
Engage with students throughout dormitories, recreation, dining and counseling spaces.
Collaborate with program leadership and interdisciplinary staff.
Offer oversight, guidance and training to staff facilitating group sessions.
Support student emotional well‑being, crisis intervention and development.
Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation and uphold confidentiality standards.

Required profile

Active Idaho licensure as a Licensed Clinical Psychologist or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
Minimum one year of experience providing mental health services to adolescents or young adults.
