About the role

CEO Lawyer is seeking a Legal Operations Specialist to enhance and streamline operations across its U.S.-based personal injury law firm. The role blends a strong legal background with a tech‑savvy, automation‑focused mindset to improve workflows, support legal teams, and drive operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure all tasks, records, and case activity are accurately documented and traceable in Filevine.
• Administer Filevine, support process improvements, and act as a power user for the platform.
• Build, document, and optimize legal processes, SOPs, and internal playbooks for intake through pre‑litigation and litigation support.
• Maintain operational consistency across U.S. and global teams, including template management, data‑entry standards, and workflow hygiene.
• Identify and evaluate AI and automation opportunities to boost speed, quality, and efficiency of legal workflows.
• Collaborate with tech stakeholders to implement scalable automation solutions and translate legal workflows into process logic.
• Train and guide staff on Filevine usage, operational workflows, and automation tools.

Required profile

• Strong legal background with hands‑on personal injury experience.
• Advanced knowledge of Filevine and proven ability to lead process improvements.
• Tech‑mindset with a focus on automation and AI integration.
• Excellent documentation skills and ability to create clear SOPs and playbooks.
