Legal Compliance Transformation Consultant – Manager

About the role

As a Legal Compliance Transformation Consultant – Manager at PwC, you will lead the design and delivery of innovative compliance solutions for internal stakeholders and external clients. You will combine legal expertise with technology, process improvement and data analysis to streamline legal operations and reduce risk across multiple industries.

Key responsibilities

• Lead transformation initiatives that modernise legal compliance processes and improve client service.
• Apply technology and process‑improvement methodologies to add value for Office of General Counsel teams.
• Analyse legal systems, identify inter‑dependencies and recommend optimisation strategies.
• Own project planning, budgeting, execution and delivery to meet client expectations.
• Coach, mentor and review the work of junior team members to build capability.
• Manage stakeholder conversations, resolve conflicts and uphold professional standards.
• Develop policies and guidelines that support contractual risk management and regulatory compliance.

Required profile

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in legal compliance, risk management or consulting.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage client accounts.
• Strong analytical thinking and strategic questioning skills.
