Legal Analyst

About the role

Imprint is a fast‑growing fintech that builds co‑branded credit cards and financial products for leading brands. As a Legal Analyst you will design and operate the legal infrastructure that enables the team to handle contracts, vendor agreements and capital‑markets documentation at scale, leveraging AI‑driven automation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain clause libraries, playbooks and diligence checklists to make legal content searchable and reusable.
• Use AI tools (Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT) to automate repetitive document analysis, first‑pass contract review and issue‑spotting.
• Own contract operations, document management and legal intake processes across co‑brand partnerships, bank arrangements and vendor contracts.
• Coordinate with Business Development, Finance, Capital Markets, Compliance, Product and Operations to execute legal processes.
• Extract key terms, compare drafts, create summaries and keep document sets up‑to‑date for capital‑markets and partnership work.

Required profile

• Detail‑oriented and intellectually curious with a strong interest in legal operations and technology.
• Experience reviewing lower‑complexity NDAs, vendor agreements, order forms and amendments.
• Ability to identify gaps in legal workflows and propose structured, repeatable solutions.

Required skills

• Proficiency with AI‑assisted tools such as Claude, Gemini or ChatGPT for document automation.
• Familiarity with contract lifecycle management and legal document repositories.
