Leasing Sales Rep

About the role

The Leasing Sales Representative will promote and lease apartments to prospective tenants, delivering a seamless leasing experience through strong customer service and relationship building.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential tenants via online platforms, social media, and networking events.
• Schedule and conduct property tours, highlighting key features of available apartments.
• Consult with clients to understand their needs and match them with suitable units.
• Assist clients through the application process, gathering documentation and ensuring timely processing.
• Monitor market trends, rental rates, and competitor offerings to provide accurate information.
• Negotiate lease terms to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions, applications, and lease agreements, and prepare regular reports.
• Collaborate with team members to share insights and support shared goals.

Required profile

• Proven sales or real‑estate experience; leasing experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
• Understanding of leasing processes, rental agreements and market trends.
• Self‑motivated, organized, and capable of working independently and within a team.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM software.
• Experience using property management systems.
• Competence in standard office applications.
