Leasing Professional – Wrenstone at the Highlands

About the role

The Leasing Professional will lead marketing, leasing, and renewal activities for the Wrenstone at the Highlands community. This role focuses on achieving occupancy and revenue targets while delivering a high level of resident satisfaction throughout the lease term.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate community marketing and leasing strategies to meet occupancy goals.
• Greet, qualify, and guide prospective residents through tours and apartment showings.
• Process applications, conduct credit screenings and criminal background checks.
• Prepare lease agreements, move‑in packages, and ensure smooth resident move‑ins.
• Maintain resident relationships to secure lease renewals and promote retention.
• Track and report on leasing performance metrics.

Required profile

• Prior experience in leasing, property management, or related sales roles.
• Familiarity with credit and background screening procedures.
• Ability to work Monday‑Friday with rotating weekend shifts.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
