Leasing Professional – Velo Village

About the role

We are seeking a Leasing Professional to join the Velo Village community in Franklin, Wisconsin. In this role you will drive occupancy, revenue and resident satisfaction by managing all aspects of the leasing cycle, from prospect outreach to lease renewals.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate marketing initiatives and leasing activities to achieve community occupancy targets.
• Conduct tours, qualify prospects, and process applications in accordance with company policies.
• Manage lease agreements, collect deposits, and ensure accurate documentation.
• Maintain ongoing resident relationships to promote lease renewals and high retention rates.
• Collaborate with property management and maintenance teams to address resident concerns promptly.
• Track and report leasing metrics, revenue performance, and market trends.

Required profile

• Proven experience in residential leasing or property management.
• Strong customer‑service orientation with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to meet occupancy and revenue goals in a competitive market.
• Detail‑oriented and capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
