Leasing Professional – US Market

About the role

Greystar is seeking a motivated Leasing Professional to lead marketing, leasing, and renewal efforts for its community in Prose Decker Lake. You will be the primary point of contact for prospective residents, guiding them through tours, applications, and move‑in processes while ensuring high occupancy and resident satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct sales and leasing activities: greet prospects, qualify leads, give tours, process applications, perform credit and background checks, and prepare lease packages.
• Inspect units before move‑in, coordinate with maintenance to resolve any issues, and ensure apartments are ready for new residents.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and manage concessions or specials to boost occupancy.
• Design and execute marketing initiatives, including resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms such as Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize property management software (OneSite, Yardi, etc.) to track availability, record traffic, manage prospect data, and capture demographic information.
• Maintain show‑unit standards through daily inspections and coordinate any necessary updates.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
• Detail‑oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy in lease documentation and unit inspections.
• Proactive attitude toward market research and community promotion.

Required skills

• Experience with property management software such as OneSite or Yardi.
• Familiarity with online marketing tools including Craigslist and Facebook.
• Basic knowledge of credit screening and background check processes.
