Leasing Professional – Thorton Place

About the role

The Leasing Professional supports Thorton Place by driving marketing, leasing, and renewal activities to meet occupancy and revenue goals. You will guide prospects through tours, ensure smooth move‑ins, and maintain resident satisfaction throughout the lease term.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct prospect building, virtual and in‑person apartment tours.
• Deliver a stellar move‑in experience for new residents.
• Perform market research on comparable properties for marketing purposes.
• Plan and execute community events.
• Follow up with prospects via phone and email.
• Utilize social media and internet platforms to market available units.
• Assist with lease renewals and respond to resident concerns.

Required profile

• Previous sales and customer‑service experience preferred; a positive, can‑do attitude is required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; ability to read, write, and communicate effectively, including completing legal documents.
• Professional demeanor and appearance.
