About the role
The Leasing Professional will manage all leasing activities for The Villas at Main Street, driving occupancy, revenue, and resident satisfaction. Working closely with the property management team, you will guide prospects through the leasing process and support existing residents throughout their lease term.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and qualify prospective residents, conduct community tours, and show apartments.
- Process applications, perform credit screenings and criminal background checks, and prepare lease and move‑in packages.
- Inspect apartments before move‑in, ensure they are ready, and coordinate any outstanding issues with maintenance.
- Monitor market and competitor conditions, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and apply community policies on concessions and specials.
- Design and execute marketing activities, including resident referral programs, employer outreach, and internet marketing using platforms such as Craigslist, Facebook, and email.
