Leasing Professional - The Senary

About the role

The Leasing Professional will drive occupancy, revenue and resident retention for The Senary community. You will manage all leasing activities from prospecting to move‑in, ensure resident satisfaction, and support lease renewals.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, process applications, credit and background checks, and prepare lease packages.
• Inspect apartments before move‑in, coordinate with maintenance to resolve any issues.
• Develop and execute short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, including resident referral programs and online advertising on platforms such as Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize property management software (OneSite, Yardi) to track availability, record traffic, and manage resident data.
• Maintain show units and marketing corridors to Greystar standards, ensuring a polished presentation for tours.
• Follow up with prospects and new residents via email, phone calls, and thank‑you notes to secure leases and renewals.
• Respond promptly to resident and owner inquiries, escalating issues to the appropriate team members.

Required profile

• All state and local licensing and certification requirements must be met.
• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on the property.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, climb ladders and lift up to 25 lb independently (50 lb with assistance) in all weather conditions.
