About the role

Join Greystar as a Leasing Professional for The M Club Apartments, where you will drive occupancy, revenue, and resident retention through comprehensive leasing and marketing activities. You will be the primary point of contact for prospective residents, guiding them through tours, applications, and move‑in processes while ensuring a high‑quality resident experience.

Key responsibilities

• Perform all sales and leasing activities, including greeting prospects, qualifying leads, conducting tours, processing applications, credit and background checks, and preparing lease packages.
• Inspect apartments before move‑in, ensure they are ready for residents, and coordinate any outstanding maintenance tasks.
• Monitor market and competitor conditions, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and apply community policies on concessions and specials to boost occupancy.
• Design and execute marketing initiatives such as resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms like Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize on‑site property management software (OneSite, Yardi) to track availability, record leasing activity, manage prospect data, and capture demographic information.

Required profile

• Ability to conduct community tours, qualify prospects, and manage the full leasing cycle.
• Strong attention to detail for apartment inspections and move‑in readiness.
• Awareness of local market trends and competitor activity.
• Capability to develop and implement marketing plans and promotional programs.
• Proficiency in using property management software to record and analyze leasing data.
