About the role

This role coordinates marketing, leasing, and renewal activities for The Hallon community, aiming to achieve occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct tours, qualify prospects, process applications, and manage lease signings to meet occupancy targets.
• Inspect and prepare apartments for move‑in, coordinating with maintenance to resolve any issues.
• Develop and execute marketing plans, including resident referral programs and online advertising on platforms such as Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize property management software (OneSite, Yardi) to track availability, prospect data, and leasing activity.
• Maintain show units and common areas to company standards, ensuring a high‑quality presentation.
• Support lease renewal efforts by preparing renewal packages and contacting residents ahead of move‑out dates.
• Respond promptly to resident and owner inquiries, addressing concerns and documenting requests.

Required profile

• Valid state driver’s license and ability to operate a golf cart on the property.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, climb ladders, and lift up to 25 lb independently (50 lb with assistance).
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, and to be on call.
• Any state‑required leasing or real‑estate licenses.

Required skills

• Proficiency with property management software such as OneSite or Yardi.
• Experience using internet marketing tools (Craigslist, Facebook, email campaigns).
