Leasing Professional – The Carson

About the role

The Carson, a stabilized mid‑rise community in Charlotte, NC, is seeking a Leasing Professional to drive occupancy, revenue, and resident retention. You will be the primary point of contact for prospective and current residents, ensuring a seamless leasing experience from initial inquiry through lease renewal.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct community tours, and show available apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit screenings and criminal background checks.
• Prepare lease agreements, move‑in packages, and coordinate smooth move‑ins.
• Execute marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to meet occupancy and revenue targets.
• Maintain resident satisfaction throughout the lease term and secure lease renewals.
• Work Monday‑Friday with rotating weekend coverage as needed.
