Leasing Professional (Shorewood)

About the role

The Leasing Professional will coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal activities for the Shorewood community. Working on a Tuesday‑Saturday schedule, you will help achieve occupancy, revenue, and resident‑retention goals while delivering a high level of resident satisfaction throughout the lease term.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospective residents, conduct community tours and show available apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit screenings and criminal background checks.
• Prepare lease agreements, move‑in packages, and ensure a smooth resident move‑in experience.
• Inspect apartments prior to occupancy and address any pre‑move‑in issues.
• Maintain resident satisfaction, respond to inquiries, and manage lease renewal processes.
• Collaborate with marketing and property management teams to implement leasing strategies.

Required profile

• Availability to work full‑time on a Tuesday‑Saturday schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Strong communication and customer‑service orientation.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to conduct tours, process paperwork, and manage multiple resident interactions.
