Leasing Professional – San Miguel

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Professional to join its community in San Miguel. The role focuses on driving occupancy, revenue, and resident satisfaction through effective marketing, leasing, and renewal activities.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct tours, qualify prospects, process applications, and manage lease sign‑ups to meet occupancy and revenue targets.
• Inspect units before move‑in, coordinate with maintenance to ensure readiness, and oversee smooth resident move‑ins.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and apply concessions or specials as needed.
• Execute marketing initiatives such as resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms like Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize property management software (OneSite, Yardi) to track availability, record leasing activity, and maintain resident data.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with the ability to engage and qualify prospective residents.
• Detail‑oriented mindset for unit inspections and documentation.
• Ability to analyze market data and adjust leasing strategies accordingly.
• Excellent communication skills for tours, negotiations, and resident interactions.

Required skills

• Experience with property management software such as OneSite or Yardi.
• Proficiency in online marketing tools, including Craigslist and Facebook.
• Knowledge of lease processing, credit screening, and background checks.
