Leasing Professional – River Oaks

About the role

The Leasing Professional will drive marketing, leasing, and renewal activities for the River Oaks community, ensuring high occupancy and resident satisfaction. This role involves guiding prospects through the leasing process, preparing move‑in packages, and supporting resident retention.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct tours, qualify prospects, process applications, and manage lease signings to meet occupancy and revenue targets.
• Inspect apartments before move‑in, coordinate with maintenance to ensure readiness.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans.
• Execute marketing initiatives, including resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms such as Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize property management software (OneSite, Yardi) to track availability, record leasing activity, and maintain resident data.
• Maintain show unit standards through daily inspections and coordination with the team.
