Leasing Professional – Reserve at Garden Oaks

About the role

Greystar is seeking a motivated Leasing Professional to join the Reserve at Garden Oaks community. In this role you will drive occupancy, revenue, and resident satisfaction by managing the full leasing cycle and supporting resident retention.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, and showcase apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit and criminal background checks, and prepare lease and move‑in packages.
• Inspect units before move‑in, coordinate any maintenance needed, and ensure apartments are ready for new residents.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and apply community concessions and specials.
• Design and execute marketing initiatives, including resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms such as Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize property‑management software (OneSite, Yardi, etc.) to track availability, record leasing activity, and maintain resident and prospect data.

Required profile

• Strong sales and customer‑service orientation with a focus on achieving occupancy goals.
• Detail‑oriented mindset for inspecting units and managing paperwork.
• Ability to stay informed about local market conditions and adapt leasing strategies accordingly.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with prospects, residents, and internal teams.
