Leasing Professional – Pine Gardens

About the role

The Leasing Professional will coordinate marketing, leasing and renewal strategies for the Pine Gardens community to achieve occupancy, revenue and resident retention goals.

Key responsibilities

• Perform all sales and leasing activities, including greeting prospects, conducting tours, processing applications, credit and background checks, and preparing lease packages.
• Inspect apartments before move‑in, ensure they are ready, and coordinate any outstanding items with the maintenance team.
• Develop and execute short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, including resident referral, employer outreach, and internet marketing tools.
• Use property management software to track unit availability, prospect data and leasing activity.
• Support the lease renewal program by preparing renewal letters, contacting residents ahead of move‑out dates and securing signed agreements.

Required profile

• Valid driver’s license and any state/local leasing licenses required by jurisdiction.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 25 lb (50 lb with assistance) and work in all weather conditions.

• OneSite property management software.
• Yardi property management software.
• Internet marketing tools such as Craigslist, Facebook and email platforms.
