Leasing Professional – Pilot & Park Community

About the role

The Leasing Professional will lead marketing, leasing, and renewal activities for the Pilot & Park mid‑rise community. This lease‑up position manages 278 units and works Monday‑Friday, 9 am‑6 pm with rotating weekends to achieve occupancy and resident‑retention goals.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct tours, qualify prospects, process applications, and prepare lease packages to achieve occupancy targets.
• Inspect units before move‑in, coordinate maintenance, and ensure apartments are ready for residents.
• Develop and execute short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, including resident referral, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms such as Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize property‑management software (OneSite, Yardi) to track availability, resident data, and leasing activity.
• Manage lease renewals by preparing renewal letters, contacting residents early, and ensuring timely execution of renewal documents.

Required profile

• All state and local licensing requirements must be met; a valid driver’s license is required to operate a golf cart on the property.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 25 lb independently (50 lb with assistance) and work in all weather conditions.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Required skills

• Proficiency with property‑management software such as OneSite and Yardi.
• Experience using internet‑marketing tools (Craigslist, Facebook, email campaigns).
• Strong knowledge of leasing processes, credit screening, and lease documentation.
