About the role
The Leasing Professional will support the Townes at Mill Run community by managing all leasing activities. This part‑time position focuses on attracting new residents, ensuring a smooth move‑in process, and maintaining high resident satisfaction throughout the lease term.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and qualify prospective residents, conduct community tours, and show available apartments.
- Process applications, perform credit screenings and criminal background checks.
- Prepare lease agreements, move‑in packages, and coordinate smooth resident move‑ins.
- Inspect apartments prior to resident occupancy to ensure they meet standards.
- Assist with lease renewals and resident retention initiatives.
