About the role

We are seeking a Leasing Professional to join the Park Newport community in Newport Beach. The role focuses on driving occupancy, revenue, and resident satisfaction through effective leasing and renewal activities.

Key responsibilities

  • Greet and qualify prospective residents.
  • Conduct community tours and show apartments.
  • Manage all leasing activities to meet occupancy and revenue targets.
  • Provide ongoing resident support throughout lease terms.
  • Secure lease renewals and maintain high resident retention.

Required profile

  • 1‑2 years of leasing experience.
  • Proven ability to handle a large community (1300+ units).
  • Sales experience in a residential setting.
  • Experience with Yardi property management software.
  • Availability to work weekends, typically 9 am‑6 pm.
