About the role
The Leasing Professional at One Superior Place is responsible for driving occupancy, revenue, and resident retention through coordinated marketing, leasing, and renewal activities. You will guide prospective residents through the leasing process, ensure a smooth move‑in experience, and support existing residents throughout their lease term.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and qualify prospective residents, conduct community tours, and showcase available apartments.
- Process applications, perform credit screenings and criminal background checks.
- Prepare lease agreements, move‑in packages, and facilitate smooth resident move‑ins.
- Inspect apartments before move‑in to confirm they are ready for occupancy.
- Maintain resident satisfaction throughout the lease term and secure lease renewals.
- Collaborate with marketing and property management teams to meet occupancy and revenue targets.
