Leasing Professional – North Seattle

About the role

Greystar is seeking an experienced Leasing Professional to join its North Seattle community. You will coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to meet occupancy, revenue, and resident‑retention goals.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct prospect building, virtual and in‑person apartment tours.
• Ensure a seamless move‑in experience for new residents.
• Perform market research on comparable properties for marketing and advertising.
• Plan and execute community events.
• Follow up with prospects via phone and email.
• Utilize social media and online platforms to market available units.
• Assist with lease renewals and respond to resident concerns.

Required profile

• Previous sales and customer‑service experience (or strong can‑do attitude).
• Professional demeanor and appearance.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively, including completing legal documents.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office Suite.
• Familiarity with property‑management software such as Yardi or One Site (preferred).
• Experience using social‑media platforms for marketing.
